诺霸是一家英资集团公司，总部位于英国，成立于1942年，至今已有近70年的历史，现在有多家子公司，位于美国，澳大利亚，新家坡，新西兰，中国等国家。公司从为劳斯莱斯制造扭矩扳手而起家，所有产品皆由英国原厂制造，产品可追溯至UKAS体系。自1942年以来，经过数十年的市场开拓，诺霸占据欧美澳各大洲扭矩工具市场，成为扭矩工具行业的先行者和领导者，成为多项工具标准的制定者，自1993年开始，参与撰写ISO/BS 7882、ISO6789、ISO5393、ISO11148-6等多项标准的制定，也正在协助中国工具行业撰写CJJ标准。我们的产品是值得信赖的，我们的产品被广泛应用于航天航空、轨道交通、电力行业、煤炭挖掘等生产领域。
2007年，诺霸进入中国市场。诺霸作为扭矩行业的领导者，建立了国内首家扭矩实验室，通过了TAF及ILAC认证。目前正处于CNAS认证审核阶段。

Norbar group founded in 1942. Norbar manufactures torque wrenches for Rolls-Royce. All Norbar produce can trace to UKAS. After several decades’ marketing development, Norbar has get the tools markets in Europe, America, Australia etc. Now Norbar produce are widely applied in the fields of aerospace, rail traffic, power, mining and so on.
Norbar UK have taken part in writing multiple standards just like ISO/BS 7882, ISO6789, ISO5393, ISO11148-6 and so on since 1993. Now Norbar help China to set the standard of CJJ.
